Welcome to Launceston for the start of your Tasmanian coach tours! On arrival at the airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel located on the waterfront in the heart of the city. This evening meet your Tour Director and fellow travellers.

Today there is the opportunity to discover this picturesque city on your Included FREE CHOICE Tasmanian coach tours activity. Day 3: Launceston - Freycinet National Park (FB,HL)
Depart Launceston this morning for Ledgerwood to see the historic trees depicting carvings of the fallen World War I soldiers they were planted to commemorate. SCENIC ENRICH Visit Pyengana Dairy Company and be welcomed by the owners for a tour of their dairy and sample some of their delicious homemade award winning cheeses. Continue to the east coast of Tasmania and the small coastal towns of St Helen’s and Bicheno, then take a spectacular drive along the stunning east coast to Freycinet National Park where you will enjoy two nights discovering this untouched coastal wilderness. This luxurious lodge has a spectacular waterfront location just inside the National Park overlooking Great Oyster Bay. This evening enjoy a relaxing barbeque dinner on the deck savouring delicious Tasmanian cuisine (weather permitting).

Day 4: Freycinet National Park (FB,HD)
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore this spectacular coastal wilderness area at your own pace. Marvel at the myriad of colours for which Freycinet is renowned - pink granite mountains, white sandy beaches and sparkling turquoise seawater. Take one of the many walks from the lodge, including a walk to see the sparkling blue waters of Wineglass Bay, enjoy the lodge facilities or simply relax and watch the sunset colours blaze over the bay. This evening enjoy a relaxing BBQ dinner on the deck enjoying delicious Tasmanian cuisine (weather permitting).

Day 5: Freycinet - Hobart (FB)
This morning your Tasmanian coach tours will farewell Freycinet and continue on our journey as we visit some of Tasmania’s key historic townships. Stop to see the convict-built Spikey Bridge and take a step back in time on your Included visit to the historic town of Richmond, Australia’s most delightful Georgian village where you will see Australia’s oldest bridge, dating back to 1825 and built by convict labour. SCENIC ENRICH: This afternoon on your private tour of Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, you will meet and learn the shy and elusive Tasmanian Devil.

Today there is the opportunity to discover this picturesque city on your Included FREE CHOICE Tasmanian coach tours activity. If you are doing a 4 day tour commencing on April 8th, the first day of the tour is and includes the 8th, plus 9th, plus 10th plus 11th and the tour ends on April 11.
Please refer to your specific tour and look in the "Trip Notes" information where it may state this: You need to arrive any time the day prior to Day 1. If this is the case we can organise airport pick up and pre tour accommodation on your behalf, this will be an extra cost.
